FFL Transfers

We’re happy to handle transfers for new firearms and NFA items.

Standard Firearm Transfers
Transfer Fee: $50 for the first firearm, $10 for each additional firearm in the same transaction. Without a completed transfer form before the firearm arrives, the fee increases to $75 plus $20 for each additional firearm.

NFA Item Transfers
Transfer Fee: $100 for the first NFA item, $50 for each additional item in the same transaction. Without a completed transfer form before the NFA item arrives, the fee increases to $150 plus $150 for each additional item.

Important Stuff:
Firearms will be held for a maximum of 90 days from the date of arrival. After that, Oregon Rifleworks reserves the right to take possession of the firearm.

We do not contact the sending FFL. Please provide them with our FFL information if needed.
A completed transfer form must be submitted before your firearm or NFA item arrives. Failure to do so may result in additional fees and delayed processing.

Firearm Transfer Fee*
I acknowledge the Firearm Transfer Fee is $50 and $10 for each additional firearm in the same transaction. If we do not receive this transfer form prior to your firearm arriving at Oregon Rifleworks, the transfer fee will be $75 and a $20 subsequent fee for each additional firearm.

NFA Transfer Fee*
I acknowledge the NFA Transfer Fee is $100 and $50 for each additional NFA item in the same transaction. If we do not receive this transfer form prior to your NFA item arriving at Oregon Rifleworks, the transfer fee will be $150 and a subsequent $150 for each additional NFA item.

Receiving and Processing*
‍I acknowledge Receiving and Processing of the firearm may take up to two business days (Monday-Friday) after confirmation of delivery. Once processing is complete, an ORW employee will notify you that the firearm is ready for pick up via your contact information listed above.

90 Day Hold*
I acknowledge We will hold your firearm for a maximum of 90 days from the date of arrival.
If you fail to pick it up within that time, we reserve the right to take possession of the firearm.
